Retreats are the perfect way to recharge, venture to amazing places eat awesome food and deepen your yoga and meditation practice. I’m passionate about creating retreats that will help you unwind, make friends and have a good ol’ belly laugh along the way.

Retreats offer the time and space to understand your your yoga + mediation practice in a different way. Extended asana practices, alignment workshops and restorative classes are complimented with meditative practices like sound baths, massage workshops, kirtan and extended guided morning + Nidra mediations. We encourage everyone to put the laptops / mobiles away and immerse themselves in the retreat experience so you can leave feeling unplugged and recharged.

Be it a cozy cabin in the woods, elegant estate or French farmhouse, we’re delighted to collaborate with amazing venues and chefs from the UK and internationally to offer the best possible getaway, catering for all budgets!
