A two hour Principles of Alignment workshop, designed to examine and breakdown foundational yoga poses. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic yoga style that links movement with breath. It's rhythmic flow is a great way to find a moving meditation, but it can be difficult to find time to explain the alignment of each pose. This workshop will focus on the most common asanas (poses) and kriyas (movement sequences) found in a Vinyasa Flow class. We'll use the biomechnaial principles of Anusara Yoga, work in partners and use props to break down asana alignment and help you discover how each pose can feel the best in your body.
