The Schedule:

FRIDAY, January 20

  • ▪  Arrival from 3PM. On arrival we’ll have hot drinks and snacks and you’ll be able to settle into your rooms and the cottage. If arriving from work, arrive when you can! If you can’t make the yoga class, you can always just join us for dinner.

  • ▪  7:00pm - 8.15pm: Yoga Practice (Flow and Restore Class w/ Yoga Nidra)

  • ▪  8.30pm: Dinner

    SATURDAY, January 21

  • ▪  8.00am - 8.20am: Tea, Juice, Fruit

  • ▪  8.30am - 10:00am: Yoga Practice (Flow 1)

  • ▪  10.15am: Brunch and free time

  • ▪  1.30pm - 2.30pm: Yoga Practice (Foundations Workshop)

  • ▪  2.45pm: Lunch and free time

  • ▪  6:00pm - 7.30pm: Yoga Practice (Restorative)

  • ▪  7.45pm: Dinner

  • ▪  9.15-9.45pm: Yoga Practice (Yoga Nidra)

    SUNDAY, January 22

  • ▪  8.00am - 8.20am: Tea, Juice, Fruit

  • ▪  8.30am-10:00am: Yoga Practice (Flow/Power 1)

  • ▪  10.15am: Breakfast/Brunch

  • ▪  12.30pm - 1.30pm: Vision and Goals

  • ▪  1.45pm - 2.45pm: Closing

  • ▪  3:00pm: Home time!

  • £295pp for 3 people sharing bunk beds and day beds

  • £295pp for 2 people sharing a Queen sized bed in a private room OR £440 single

    occupancy with Queen sized bed

  • £320pp for 2 people sharing a King sized bed in a private room OR £440 for single

    occupancy with King sized bed

  • £320pp for 2 people sharing a twin room (2 Single beds)

  • £320pp for 2 people sharing a twin room (2 Single beds or 1 King sized bed zipped

    together)

  • £320pp for 2 people sharing a Queen sized bed in a private room OR £440 single

    occupancy with Queen sized bed

  • £370pp for 2 people sharing in a twin room with ensuite (2 Single beds)
